With residential, it can involve creating communities of many types and sizes, from small, niche communities to large master-planned communities, both low-rise and high-rise, including single family homes, estate homes, townhomes, condominiums and seniors' residences.
The process begins with the purchasing of land, continuing through the municipal approval process, the developing of creative and unique product and finally, the building of the homes.
In addition, we are an accomplished developer of 650,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. That includes the 200,000+ sq. ft. Bowmanville Plaza which has been chosen as a location by many of Canada's leading retailers including Canadian Tire, Zellers, and the LCBO. We maintain both property management and property leasing divisions as well.
With 25 developments either completed or well underway and more on the horizon, Kaitlin communities now stretch across the Southern Ontario landscape from Kingston to Collingwood.
