If you have a family member, a friend or a business associate who is in the market for a new home, tell them about The Kaitlin Group and the wide variety of new home communities that we currently offer.

If they visit one of our Sales Centres and decide to buy, you'll be rewarded with a $1,000 Cash Referral Fee, while the friend you refer will be entitled to $1,000 in bonus upgrades.

Just make sure that your friend accompanies you or mentions your name on the Registration Form they fill out on their first visit before touring the Sales Centre.
