Selection of Features

  • Architecturally pre-determined sitings and exterior colours in conformance with applicable zoning and Architectural Control.
  • Purchaser to have one free consultation with the Vendor's DÈcor Consultant to choose colours and materials from available Vendor's samples, at the Vendor's DÈcor Centre, unless already selected.
  • The time and date of the DÈcor appointment shall be determined by the Vendor's DÈcor Consultant. Should the Purchaser fail to attend the appointment at the pre-determined time and place, then they shall be given one (1) opportunity to re-schedule, failing which the Vendor may, at their sole discretion, include in the home standard finishings of their choice.
  • The Purchaser acknowledges that finishing materials contained in any model home or sales office including broadloom, furniture, vinyl or ceramic tile flooring, electrical fixtures, kitchen cabinets, stained staircases and/or railings are for display purposes only and may not be of the same grade or type, or may not necessarily be included in the dwelling purchased herein.
  • The Purchaser acknowledges that the materials available for viewing at the Vendor's DÈcor Centre are meant to reflect the style, quality and type of finishings, which may be included in their home. The Purchaser further acknowledges that these materials may be obtained subject to availability at the time of ordering and that, if unavailable, the Vendor shall request that the Purchaser reselect. Should this situation arise, the Vendor's only obligation to the Purchaser shall be to have them reselect. If the Purchaser fails to do so in a reasonable period of time the Vendor may, at their discretion, substitute finishings of equal or better value.
