Security

  • Upon the purchase of a three year monitoring contract, the Purchaser will receive a fully installed security system which includes: contacting all exterior opening doors on the main floor; two motion detectors: one key pad; one siren; and a DSC 1550 six zone control panel or equivalent, with associated hardware, programming and client demonstration.
  • If the monitoring is not contracted through the Vendor, the Vendor will be roughing-in the security system at no cost to the purchaser.

  • All plans and specification are subject to modification from time to time at the sole discretion of the Vendor. Exterior elevations will be similar to renderings shown, but not necessarily identical. Substitutions made by the Vendor will be subject to the terms and conditions of the TARION relating to Builder's substitutions.
  • Exterior elevation over garage doors and at front porches are subject to changes created by grade conditions and architectural control.
  • Sitings may be reversed, as Builder requires.
